Villas
The villa plots at Nonsuch Bay crown the resort with breathtaking views either out to sea, across the bay itself, looking west over Ayres Creek or in some cases, combining all three.
Plots vary from .39 to 1.1 acres and provide a blank canvas for individually designed villas, with project managers and architects being introduced by the resort. There is a stipulation that no more than 20% of each plot is built upon; decorative gardens surround the properties with the rest of each plot and their borders left more natural, to maintain the unspoilt, tropical landscaping of the villa area.
