Waterfront Villas
The Waterfront provides a more private and secluded option directly fronting Ayres Creek, an inlet from Nonsuch Bay, bordered by a protected mangrove reserve where turtles are often seen swimming in the deep, clear waters. Each of these extremely spacious duplex homes offers almost 350m2 of accommodation and terracing and a small, private garden with plunge pool.
A small number of private boat moorings are planned within Ayres Creek, available for rent or purchase by villa owners.
